The world is in chaos, as all government is abolished and Anarchy breaks loose. It is every man for himself, and indeed, every man takes care of himself. Within a few years, high-tech towns and machinery are destroyed. Human life is averted back by hundreds of years at a time to colonial and even medieval statuses.
